Semi-detached house (100 sq meters) featuring 3 bedrooms, a living room, a private garden, a patio with outdoor furniture. Our guests have access to the pool. 6 sleeps
The house is surrounded by 11 hectars of farmland where we grove olives and hazelnuts. The old farmhouse and the barns have been transformed into a wonderful complex of holiday cottages with a big pool

• Big living room with fireplace, sofa, TV, Wi-fi
• Separate kitchen
• 1 double bedroom
• 1 bedroom with twin beds
• 1 bathroom with bathtub
First floor:
• 1 double bedroom (there is no door but it’s separated)
• 1 bathroom with shower
Outdoor space:
• Patio with outdoor furniture (1 table and chairs) to eat and relax
• Private garden
• Private parking near the house
SERVICES: Washing machine in the house
Wi-fi available in the living room and in the pool
Final cleaning, bills, bedlinen and towels are included. Upon request it is possible to arrange a cleaning during during your stay (extra charge).
Access to the farmland and access to the big pool (8mt x 16 mt) furnished with umbrellas and sunbeds

Rome can easily be reached via direct train from Capranica Sutri train station (5km) or by bus (the bus stop is around 10 min walk)
PLEASE NOTE: The house is surrounded by farmland: it is possible that the farmers will work in the area surrounding your house during your stay. We will make sure to warn you in advance to minimize any inconvenience this might cause you

Communal spaces are for exclusive use of our guests. Access to external visitors is not allowed, unless authorization is received and the external guests are registered
