halfway up the mountain to capri so you are about 15 min walk from the port and from the town square - very convenient! a lot of stairs if you walk though

RIP off for the price paid. Check in only until 3pm. Then remote check in. The rooms tired and small. The AirCon unit was filthy. Shower had mould. The pool area is unkept and tiles in and around the pool falling off.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and welcoming.The room was comfortable and very central to the centre of capri, 10 min walk. Great view, had a pool but didn't use it.

The hotel has a wonderful, laidback ambiance that is relaxing. We loved the location in between the beach and the town above, though it’s a lot of climbing stairs! The pool was lovely, and the employees were all helpful. After a hot night, the front desk person was able to adjust our AC to run during the day so the next night was cooler. We’d stay there again. We did wish the breakfast was included in the price since it’s called a B and B which usually implies breakfast.

All I can say is that it's a mediocre place. The center is 15 minutes' hike uphill. You could do better if you looked around for the pricing. There was no working WiFi. There is room for improvement with breakfast. The service was satisfactory.

Love Capri

Wow, wow, wow! Capri is amazing and our B& B was amazing. The views are spectacular. The cons are that walking the streets are very hard because they are narrow and steep. Taking a taxi cost us between 25-30 euros each time. The Piazzetta is a must see. Plenty of restaurants and shops and the view was spectacular. If you eat breakfast you will be charged 10 euros.

Overall, a really nice play to stay in Capri! The staff was very helpful and pleasant, while the rooms were cute, clean, and enjoyable. There is also a wonderful view from their terrace area. Would definitely recommend!

Villa Patrizi is a wonderful experience. It is located mid-way to the dock and the piazza. The breakfast is outstanding and the service exquisite. The pool was a lovely addition. It was truly a pleasure staying at Villa Patrizi!

It is a wonderful place to stay. But you will have to hike some stairs. That was perfectly fine for us. But if you have mobility issues this one would be difficult for you. That said it was clean and very nice place!
