This cozy studio apartment is set within the Sureggio Village, a residence immersed in the nature of Sureggio, north of Lugano.
The open space studio apartment has a double bed and a comfortable sofa where you can relax and watch a fil on the flat-screen TV, a sofa that becomes a single bed for the night (Please note: The sofa bed will not be prepared as a bed for your arrival, as we deem it proper to use it as a sofa during the day. You will find the bed linen, pillows and blankets in the wardrobe/shelf closest to the sofa.). The kitchen is fully equipped and will allow you to prepare delicious meals to be enjoyed in total tranquility at the dining table, or on the terrace during warm weather. Overlooking the surrounding woods, the private terrace is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast in the sun or relax with a glass of wine at sunset.
A bathroom with shower completes the apartment.

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

In the summer, from May to September, guests can cool off and have fun in the large shared swimming pool.

An e-mail with the INSTRUCTIONS (including a step-by-step guide) on how to access the apartment autonomously will be sent to you after you successfully complete the online registration.

What's nearby:
The nucleus of Sureggio, where the Sureggio Village is located, is part of the hamlet of Lugaggia, in Capriasca, a hilly and panoramic area a few km from Lugano, surrounded by greenery. In just 10 minutes by car you can reach the center of Lugano, its shopping and restaurant streets and its lake. For nature and trekking lovers there is the Media Caprisca thematic route, approximately 12 km long, which starting from Tesserete passes through woods, countryside and villages rich in Ticino history and culture to be discovered.

How to arrive:
If you are by car, from the A2 motorway, take the Lugano Nord exit and go through the Vedeggio Cassarate Gallery. Set the address on the GPS: in 10 minutes you will reach the apartment. 
If you are by train, from the station take bus 461 towards Tesserete, Stazione for 10 stops and get off at the Lugaggia stop. In 2 minutes on foot you will reach the apartment.
