Talo, 3 makuuhuonetta - 3 kylpyamme.

Olemme juuri valmistaneet remontit tällä hämmästyttävällä, rannalla sijaitsevalla kodilla! Talo on nimeltään "Windows vedessä", koska ikkunoiden näyttävä seinä on koskematon, valkoinen hiekkaranta ja Captiva Pass. Rentoudu sisä- tai ulkopuolella omalla rannallasi ja nauti näkymistä Cayo Costa Islandille, purjeveneisiin ja villieläimiin, mukaan lukien pelikaanit, manaatit ja paljon muuta!

3 makuuhuonetta, 3 täyttä kylpyammeet. WOW tarjoaa kaksi master-sviittiä, joissa molemmissa parisänky ja oma kylpyhuone. Kolmannessa makuuhuoneessa on 2 matala kerrossänkyä, jotka sopivat täydellisesti pienille lapsille ja teini-ikäisille. Kolmas kylpyhuone, jossa kylpyamme / suihku, on aivan kerrossänkyn vieressä. Sängyt on varustettu Lilly Pulitzer -peiteillä, jotka sopivat saaren tunnelmaan! Olemme toimittaneet tarpeeksi ylimääräisiä, valkoisia puuvillapeitteitä jokaiselle, jos he haluavat kevyemmän kannen.

Windows on the Water sijaitsee saaren pohjoispäässä nimeltään Rum Point. Olemme rannalla ja myös 4 hehtaarin yksityisen, kehittymättömän maan vieressä, mikä tekee kodistamme rauhallisen ja yksinäisen.

Kun olet saapunut laiturille, isäntämme noutaa sinut ja antaa sinulle ilmaisen kiertueen saarella. Pohjois-Captivalla ei ole autoja, vain hiekkareittejä ja golfkärryjä! Isäntämme näyttää sinulle, mistä löydät 3 ravintolaa, saariklubi, julkiset rannat, ja vie sinut Windows on the Water -sivulle, jossa isäntä antaa sinulle täyden kiertueen talosta ja sen ympäristöstä.

Pohjois-Captiva -saari on täydellinen sinulle, jos etsit ainutlaatuista kokemusta. Tämä on erityinen saari, johon pääsee vain veneellä tai lentokoneella. We absolutely loved our stay at W.O.W. The home is comfortable and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was just amazing and well-equipped. The bathrooms were spotless with great water pressure. Being right on the beach provided endless enjoyment as we watched the water, the boats, and the birds!

Wonderful location and house

My family has stayed at w.o.w before, and each time we have had a great experience. The view from the dining room is awesome (we saw manatees, dolphins, birds, etc.) and we love being able to just walk out the door and be on the beach. We will definitely be back again.

WOW is WOW!

WOW is a beautiful home with bright and cheery decor. It is literally just a few steps from the stairs to being on the beach… it was perfect for my 81-year-old parents who can’t walk far distances especially in the sand. You can also sit under the house and enjoy the breeze if you don’t want to get in the sand. Owners were very quick to communicate! We enjoyed lots of bird watching, a few manatee and dolphin sightings, and lots of fishing charters to watch as well. Water gets deep quickly on this part of the island.. wasn’t a problem but good to be aware of if you have young children. We were able to easily snorkel near the edge of the water (within 5-10 feet of edge) and saw starfish and tons of shells. There were tons of towels, plenty of beach towels, and more than enough paper products (great brands too like Bounty… makes a difference). We enjoyed our stay very much!!

Great Experience!

Beautiful house within steps of the ocean. Private beach. Views from the living and dining areas are terrific. We saw stunning sunsets and lots of wildlife. Well appointed and clean house well stocked with kitchen and household needs and supplies. In advance of our arrival, the owner provided very helpful detailed information and advice regarding the house, the ferry, the island, etc.

Loooooooved our trip!

The WOW house was amazing! It had everything we needed for our family of four, was accurately described and presented in the listing, clean, and tastefully decorated. The waterfront location was priceless! We saw breathtaking sunsets, dolphins frolicking in the morning, lots of pelicans, herons, you name it!! Even our overactive boys stopped and looked and took it in. One small challenge (which others may see as a benefit) was lots of supplies in the closets, so our younger son’s clothes mostly stayed in the suitcase (room with the two bunk beds). The hostess was VERY organized, had spot on directions, and very prompt with responding. She even anticipated a problem with a golf cart because of our late arrival and we were able to resolve! Thank you WOW house and Wendy!!

Beautiful property within feet of the ocean. Perfect house with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The views are impeccable. Private beach. Kitchen is very very well stocked with every possible thing you could need.

New Years on Captiva

gorgeous location and very clean property. It really is in a beautiful location that is steps from the beach with a very few other people. The walks were amazing. The property was very clean and well appointed. The biggest issue is simply the hurricane damage that was still terrible. There were heaps of garbage and destroyed property all along the roads and even associated with the property itself. It definitely took away from the experience, but was very understandable.

Awesome vacation home!!

My family and I had a wonderful time at WOW. The views are amazing from the dining room and living room. We saw manatees and dolphins and even had a dolphin come into the shallows to get a fish! The house was very clean and looked just like pictures, and had tons of board games and water toys. We will definitely be back next year.

Better than expected

We loved WOW, the views are spectacular. It is on a wonderful bit of the island. Amazing wildlife, we could not have enjoyed it more. Wendy is an amazing host and very contactable.

What a spot!

This is probably the perfect cottage on the island for up to 8 just as long as a few of the 8 are kiddos. I can not say enough, freshly renovated, HUGE kitchen, big bedrooms, on the water is an under statement! The whole front of the house is windows that are literally a few feet from the waters edge. On the quite side of the island, this is North Captiva so it takes a minute to figure out the logistics to get to the island but once you are there it is sooo worth it. We were there for spring break week and it was not busy at all! I 100% recommend! We will be back for sure!

Spectacular

W.O.W. is the perfect description for this house! I felt my breath catch in my throat as I stepped in the door! The beauty through the windows gives you a sense of never leaving the outdoors. Watching the sunset and the moon rise, dolphins gracefully going by as you eat lunch, the birds fishing for breakfast as you sip coffee, the quiet privacy. It's just spectacular! The house was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Book your reservations today, there are no regrets.

Slice of heaven!

This was by far our most favorite family vacation to date! We enjoyed the slower, quiet days on the island, starting with having our coffee while looking out through the windows at the ocean. My kids loved to look for shells, as you can walk both ways on their beach. They played ping pong daily down on their outdoor porch area under the home, and my daughter loved reading her book on the hammock. The home had everything we needed, with the view being our most favorite! Wendy was wonderful to work with. We hope to be back again next year!

AMAZING STAY!!

As soon as we arrived to the island it felt amazing the house was a 5 minute drive from the ferry dock and when we got to the house it was beautiful. The views were incredible, the house was in perfect conditions and was equipped with everything necessary.

Manatee's Aplenty!!

Just loved this property it was perfect for my family. My spot was in the small chair in front of one of the 7 big windows and enjoyed seeing so many manatees and dolphins plus sting rays. The property had a lot of items that you don't think of like spices for cooking. Would recommend this property because the view is awesome.

Family and Friends Summer Getaway

This was our first time staying on the island and it was amazing! We enjoyed every second and did not want to leave. The house was as expected with great views of the water where we saw dolphins and manatees. We ate empanadas at a nearby stand. It was the perfect getaway for our two families. Wendy was an amazing host and helped us with all of our questions, while offering up recommendations!

Looks just like the photos!

We recently stayed at this house for a week. It was very comfortable and the views were amazing. It really does look just as good in real life as in the pictures! Beds and linen were very comfortable. Had everything we needed to make ourselves at home. Water pressure in showers was also really good. Would love to go again, especially after the island heals itself some more. Hope to come again :)

Beautiful view and great home!

Place was just as advertised. Location was amazing at the north tip of North Captiva. On a dead end so almost no traffic or noise. Home was in great shape with nice bathrooms, cute 4-bunk room, and great kitchen/dining area. Owner was super quick responding to messages, usually within minutes. Would definitely stay again.

Great week in North Captiva

Windows on the Water is a gorgeous house in a beautiful, quiet location directly on the beach. It was a relaxing week and we felt like we had the beach all to ourself. North Captiva is recovering, and although there was a ton of repair work and debris collection in progress, it didn’t interfere with our stay. The owner was very responsive as was the staff at the Island Club. The house had everything we needed for a great week and enjoyable vacation.
