Quarto sem bancada ou guarda roupa, o ar condicionado não funcionou e o ventilador fraco. Banheiro pequeno, o box do banho estreito pra dar banho em criança. Localização ótima, no café só faltou fruta.

Senti falta de uma mesinha ou uma estante em um dos quartos que eu reservei. Quarto para 3 pessoas ótimo, quarta para 4 deixou a desejar como descrevi. De frente para o mar, um bom refeitório. Café com variedade, só senti falta de fruta. Atendentes educadas e atenciosas. Eu recomendo e voltarei quando tiver oportunidade.

A princípio fiquei receosa com as avaliações anteriores, mas desde que eu cheguei na cidade,fui bem recepcionada pelo grupo Shangri Lá. A gerente Carla da Ilha Morena e depois o Luís da própria pousada Riviera e os demais funcionários. Primeira viagem que faço sozinha com meus filhos e fui muito bem acolhida. O lugar é simples, porém, atendeu minhas necessidades. Café da manhã bem completo e diversificado. Com certeza voltarei.

Bom, mas pode ficar melhor!

Passamos uma semana, atendeu ao nosso propósito. Mas achei que precisa de uma reforma geral e uma maior atenção aos utensílios da copa onde são servidos o café da manhã. Algumas louças trincadas precisam ser retiradas de uso. A piscina vi sendo cuidada com muito carinho. Achei um pouco longe dos melhores lugares para ir na praia, as opções de restaurantes para jantar também.

Gostei muito, fiz uma viagem em família, estávamos em 3 pessoas. Atendimento 10, mas achei o banheiro muito pequeno. No sábado que acredito ser um dia mais movimentado, no café da manhã faltou bastante coisa. Mas de resto gostei muito. Tivemos dayuse em um hotel parceiro com espaço (tipo parque aquático), onde também fomos muito bem recebidos.
