Lovely big room which was spotless and as I had booked the hotel for my son’s birthday there were balloons in his room a lovely Happy Birthday msg on the mirror and two drinks vouchers what a lovely gesture from the hotel. Apparently the breakfast was excellent my son and his girlfriend were very happy 😁

The staff are excellent and the room was nice. It was nice and quiet. No nighttime noise despite the business and noise on the streets. Breakfast options were very good and the breakfast room was quiet. Location of the hotel is second to none. My only negative is the food at the top floor restaurant. Poor quality food and very little choice. I would stay here again but eat elsewhere.

As with previous stays, clean quiet room. Comfortable beds and an excellent shower. This time it was a twin room but spacious compared to lots of other hotels. Staff at reception always very pleasant. Very good breakfast with good service. Always happy to stay here!

The Hotel is very central, great for seeing beautiful Cardiff. Its rare to be able to say all the staff are exceptional, friendly , helpful and interested in guests. Room clean with some nice decor touches. Cant wait to stay again. Breakfast is very good . I was unable to take breakfast on our first day as I was unwell. However, I was allowed to take some items with me on last day for journey home, this was kindly offered without any hesitation. A really lovely experience in every aspect. Thank you everyone at Hotel Indigo, youre outstanding!

The room had no open windows so only a/c and little air circulation. No visibility out of the room window (think the window was all frosted) so felt like we were in a room with without a window!. Hotel good location for city centre. Good choice at breakfast.

We had a lovely welcome by Zara, although we were early she checked if our room was available and checked us in. The room was clean and functional. Bathroom was bright and the toiletries provided smelt amazing. We were room 502 and were woken just before 8 by banging noises. We think it was the restaurant above. The breakfast service was welcoming with a good selection. Although we had an earlier than planned awakening we had a lovely stay and will be back again soon.
