Overall a good stay the staff were all lovely towards me and really helpful ,the room and facilities were all really good as well the only hiccup I had with the place was its breakfast whilst it’s good for a basic meal I did expect more from a hotel like this. Overall I would return again for sure

The fantastic reception staff when we arrived were extremely helpful with a duplicate booking problem that I had. I believe they ,especially Alphi, went above and beyond what would normally be expected for good and courteous service. IHG are extremely lucky to havethis young man on their team. Would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again and have already recommended it to all my family and friends

Decent hotel. Was recommended in an article in the telegraph. Was a little disappointed. Hotel was not what I would call a boutique hotel. Not many nice views, but the receptionist helpfully moved us to a better room when requested. Functional, but little character and a little bashed.

Second time we stayed here. It’s fine for one night. It’s very central but very quiet. The best thing is the shower. There is a silly rocking chair in the corner which means if you both want to sit down one has to perch on the bed which is very high. Chuck out the rocking chair and get a cool sofa instead. The windows are greyed out and don’t open, which is weird because you can’t see what the weather is like outside to decide what to wear. Also feels a bit scary like being in a sealed box.

Disappointing

Lovely clean rooms. But, certainly on Friday/Saturday nights noisy as next to a bar/club. Staff lovely and changed our room but noise remained. First room lovely and bed comfortable. Second bed very uncomfortable as mattress too soft and pillows lumpy.

Overnight stay visiting the Utilita Stadium

Beautiful boutique hotel in Cardiff. Everything about our stay was spot on. The staff are really helpful and friendly, room was beautiful and the mini fridge was an added bonus. Our bed was very comfy and the room was quiet. Breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend hotel.
