After a day at the beach, take an outdoor shower when you get home. The house has a great room with kitchen and dining room. There is a built in BBQ bar, and several areas for lounging. You can swim in the community pool, play tennis pickleball, or use the gym. There are several high quality parks nearby with play sets, basketball, skating, and sports fields. Summer concert in the park series every Friday. There are over 15 micro-breweries within 10 miles. If you have to work,,, the primary bedroom has an adjoining suite with 2 desks, additional monitor.
