A Good Property to Stay! I stayed at this property for a couple of days. It is newly renovated, very clean, and has a professional staff. The area is business-like. I would come back to this Courtyard.

Falsely advertised room

The hotel room we booked is listed as 2 queen beds and a rollout sofa bed. Upon checking in we were told they don’t have rooms like this, that include the sofa bed. We only booked here because it was the only hotel in the area who had that option.

Horrible experience. I got locked out of my room & the receptionist held me and my children in the lobby at midnight for about 30 minutes refusing to let me in my room. To this day I’m still waiting on a call back from a “manager”
