Clean snd quite

Over all clean and quite. Was not able to check in at three as the rooms were not ready. Stated only 2 house keepers. Drove around and the room was ready by 4.

it served as a place to sleep- however not much sleeping was done because the walls are so thin we could hear every foot step of our neighbors.. and unfortunately they were up late listening to music and clanging bottles.

The front office lady was very nice and accommodating ! The conditions of the hotel not so much :/ the first room the toilet wouldn’t flush unless you took the lid off and pulled the plunger up and the smoke detector kept chirping. She moved us to another room quickly and with not hesitation. The whole reason I booked this hotel was because the advertised the indoor pool and jacuzzi however the jacuzzi is broken. If something isn’t available it shouldn’t be on the amenities list. The whole purpose of choosing this hotel was the jacuzzi. Very disappointing to say the least.

I received a huge gauge from the square part on the door for the inside lock. When I went to the front counter, the guy at the front counter could have cared less. The manager/owner was given my number to call, and he never called. Expedia attempted to reach him, at no success. Expedia said my booking was non-refundable, and they can offer a credit that was less that twenty five percent of the total booking for me. Which isn’t acceptable

The check in person was nice and remained calm even though the system was down when we checked in and it took a little time for him to log in. However, the room was not cleaned fully. We discovered animal feces in the corner. They gave us a new room but it was not great- smoke detector dismantled, extra security door lock broken and bathroom light broken. Breakfast was also poor. Check out person did not apologize upon checkout when I brought up issues with new room. Overall very unpleasant stay.

We chose to stay at this property espcially because it was listed with a hot tub. Upon arrival we were notified the hot tub wasn't working. HUGE disappointment. The room was OK for cleanliness, but we noted the chair was rather filthy and the bathroom was in such disrepair that it was really hard to tell if it was clean or not. The tub was super sqeeky when you stepped in it and I wondered if there was any support under it at all. The toilet took a minimum of 3 flushes. The light above the vanity was out. We did look forward to the continental breakfast the next morning as we had read in reviews (should have read the reviews sooner) that at least the breakfast was good. I got a half-cup of coffee before the pot went dry and no more coffee was brewed. Oh yeah, no orange juice either. Last item, we went to fill our water bottles with ice and get the heck out of there but guess what? The ice maker wasn't working either.
