Uusi vuokrausmarkkinoilla! Talomme on rannalla Carlsbadin kylässä. Kauniit näkymät aalloille kolmen kerroksen rivitalomme suurelta parvekkeelta. Tilava avoin olohuone, jossa moderni keittiö, ruokasali, perhehuone ja 2 suurta Master-makuuhuonetta kylpyhuoneilla. Kolmas bonushuone, joka on kiinnitetty yhdelle mestarille ylimääräistä nukkumatilaa varten. Kaikki huonekalut ja taloesineet ovat aivan uusia! Kaksi uutta erittäin mukavaa king-size-vuodetta ja yksi uusi vyöryvuote, jossa kaksi erillistä patjaa. Plus uusi Queen-vuodesohva parhailla arvosteluilla. Työalue (uusi työpöytä ja tuoli) suuressa makuuhuoneessa, jossa on paljon luonnollista valoa. Uusi 5 polttimen BBQ. Talo on vain muutaman minuutin kävelymatka (muutaman korttelin) ihanaan Carlsbadin kylään. Meillä on 4 aikuista polkupyörää, 1 lapsen kokoinen pyörä sekä boogie-levyt, tuolit, sateenvarjo ja lelut - kaikki mitä tarvitset hauskanpitoa varten rannalla. Siellä on 2 auton autotalli (ei sovi Lähiöihin, mutta meillä on tilaa ajotieltä suurelle autolle). Kylpyhuoneissa on suihkut (ei kylpyammeita) ja ne ovat hieman vanhempia, mutta toimivat täydellisesti. Täysin varustettu uusilla pyyhkeillä ja kylpytuotteilla. Keittiö on uusi ja erittäin siisti ja täysin varusteltu kaikilla keittiötarpeilla, jotka ovat keittämisen helppous. Kolme uutta 55 tuuman älykästä taulutelevisiota. Siellä on oma takapiha, jossa on tilaa lisätilaan rentoutumiseen, grillaukseen tai ruoanlaittoon turvallisesti, ja keittiöstä avautuva merinäköala on korvaamaton. Talomme on loistava valinta seuraavalle lomallesi!
Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Carlsbad State Beach. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa esimerkiksi pyykinpesutilat. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

The Hess Beach House is a wonderful place to stay. (Our stay was 1 week.) The view of the Pacific Ocean is spectacular from the deck. Watch surfers from morning to night, and catch a beautiful sunset. The house is only a few steps from a beautiful beach. The house is stocked with everythng needed for the beach - chairs, boogie board, surf board, wagon, etc. There are over 5 bikes to go for a ride on the bike path right in front of the house. The quaint Carlsbad downtown area is a short walk away. The host was extremely responsive to all my messages. Finally, the interior of the house was very accomodating for 4 adults. We really liked this rental; I highly recommend it for anyone wanting a beachfront poperty in Southern California.

Hands down, Mike has been the best host we’ve ever had. His communication was quick, friendly, and genuinely thoughtful, and he consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience.The property was exactly as described, and the location, layout, and amenities made it the perfect home base for our trip. Wonderful stay, lovely, large and comfortable condo that was well stocked for our stay (needed scissors & tape and they were there- so nice). Coffee, sugar & creamer stocked. Nice bottle of wine to greet us. Made it easier to get settled and enjoy!Third bedroom is a separated space in the larger bedroom. Comfortable & served its purpose. Beds were comfy & we slept very well. Lovely ocean view from the deck - great at sunset. Easy walk down to the beach. Not the fault of the unit or owners but the traffic is quite loud so hard to enjoy the ocean sounds from the unit. Easily resolved by walking across the street & down the stairs, we didn’t use the bikes or beach gear but there was plenty of it so maybe next time! Garage has 2 sides with a post in the middle. Tesla 3 fit and the driveway space fit my kids trucks side by side (Tacoma and 4-runner) without blocking neighbors or feeling crowded. Absolutely will return. Hosts were kind & responsive - no complaints at all.

Mike and Janice have a wonderful place, directly across the street from the Ocean. The configuration of the rooms allowed us to look at the ocean all day from the living room, kitchen and dining room. The bedrooms were in the back of the house and thus very quiet and cool. The bathrooms are newer than the photos and extremely well done. We also appreciated the access to all of the beach equipment: chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and blankets, and a bunch of other stuff we didn't get to such as bikes, boogie boards, etc. We appreciated having screens on almost all of the windows, which allowed us to get good cross ventilation from the front to the back of the house. WIFI was excellent for work, streaming, and videogaming on a laptop. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful beach house, in a wonderful location! This house is directly across the street from the beach, and also walking distance to all of the great restaurants and shops in Carlsbad village. My family of 6 adults stayed here, and we had plenty of space for everyone. We loved using all of the beach gear provided in the garage, and had so much fun riding the bikes into town every day to shop. Mike was a wonderful host and responded right away to any questions we had. We love Carlsbad, and would absolutely love to book this house again if we return.

Perfect location

We loved staying at this property. Right across from the beach and a short walk to all the restaurants and shops. The house had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely stay here again if we vacation in Carlsbad again.

Good Beach Stay Needing a Little Love

This VRBO was in a good location (good sunsets and short walk to downtown Carlsbad) with comfy beds / blankets and good amenities (kitchen supplies). Communication with the property manager was very good as well. Our group was disappointed in the condition of the home which needs some reno (stained carpets, stained couch, outdated bathroom, mirrored living room walls, offset knobs on the stove, dirty baseboards, etc). Might be good for a group of surfers but we wouldn't return to this location since it's outdated.

Fantastic location

We loved our stay here. Wish we could have stayed longer. The house is located in a PERFECT location. We went to Legoland day 1 and Sea World day 2. We walked across the street and took walks on the gorgeous beach too. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Small birthday party wonderland

This property had a wonderful setup for a private birthday party. We celebrated a milestone birthday for my wife and this was the perfect location. The view from the balcony and sounds of the ocean late and night / early in the morning was phenomenal. The community was quiet and calm, even traffic was quiet. The rooms were spacious, the third bonus room is a room within the uppermost bedroom. There was just an abundance of space, we were overwhelmingly pleased. Thank you.

Great getaway to the beach

This place has pretty much everything you need and more! First of all, communication with the host was quick and easy. The place was clean, well maintained, well stocked and nicely decorated. Great book and game selection too. Great location right across from the beach and so many beach supplies. I would book this place again in a heartbeat. The only thing I would mention is that the “add-on” is more like a sun room off of one of the bedrooms. It worked for us bc we just put all the kids in there, but may not be the best option if you need 3 actual separate bedrooms.

Spring Break Holiday

We very much enjoyed our stay, being right across the street from the beach was very nice. My son was thrilled there was a boogie board and a wetsuit to use. Close to walk downtown to shops and restaurants. The only hiccup was the listing says 3 bedrooms, which technically it is but the 3rd bedroom is not a separate room like you would expect. The hosts responded quickly to my inquiries. Overall, my family and I will stay here again. We loved our trip!!
