Beautiful Ocean-Front Condo

Enjoy living in paradise in this beautiful 3rd floor 3-bedroom, 2-full-bath condo in central Carolina Beach (a less crowded area of the beach). The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, deck, ocean-front view, walk-in closet, and private full bath.

Fully furnished - amenities include full kitchen with dishwasher and disposal, (dishes, pots, and pans provided) washer/dryer, ceiling fans, TV, private pool on premises, large deck, direct access to the beach, and did we mention incredible ocean views?

This top-floor unit feels like you live on a boat overlooking the sea! Spectacular views provided, with the added special bonus of buff legs from daily walks on the sand and stairs (there is no elevator in the building). The private deck is perfect for year-round sunning. One queen bed in the front bedroom and two twin beds in the guest bedroom. Cable and high-speed Wi-Fi internet provided. An unassigned on-site parking space is available for 1 car (parking pass provided), with additional paid parking in an adjacent lot and across the street. Grills and picnic tables are below the unit. Non-smoking and no pets please. Can't beat the beauty or the price!!

We recently stayed at this property and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the check-in process was smooth and straightforward, and the host was very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The view from the property was absolutely phenomenal—definitely one of the highlights of the trip. The space was also as advertised, which we appreciated.That said, the home could benefit from some updates. The rugs and bedspreads felt a bit worn and weren’t as clean as we would have hoped. Additionally, the water was not drinkable, which was a bit inconvenient and something to be aware of in advance.Overall, while the location and host were great, a little more attention to cleanliness and modernizing the space would really elevate the experience.

Exactly as advertised

The place is exactly as advertised. It is a very budget friendly place compared to our other stays at Carolina Beach. Kitchen was serviceable, we made all but two meals there during our week long stay. Beds were very soft. We had no issues and thus no communication with the host other than the auto-generated welcome and pre-check out messages.

The property is excellent: clean, quiet, and comfortable. It has everything you want. And the view of the ocean is excellent. Truly a great rental, and the host is wonderful to work with. Highly recommend.

You should come

We had a wonderful long weekend celebrating birthdays. The condo was exactly as described. The balcony was fabulous. There are approximately 42 steps to go up and down, but the view was worth the climb. It was an easy walk to the beach. The shower was nice. We didn’t use the pool because it was cold, but it was the end of April. I highly recommend this property. Zoey was very responsive to any questions. The downside is after Memorial Day there is only one parking space per unit.

Great Family Condo

It’s tough to find a 3 bedroom condo, and this one is oceanfront! This was so spacious for our family of 5, we loved the huge oceanfront balcony, and all of the neighboring unit owners were really friendly!

Great location!

My family and I stayed here, and it was a nice, relaxing little spot. The place was very clean, spacious enough for all six of us, and had a wonderful view on the balcony. As many say, the stairs are the only real challenge, more so for our older guests. But everything was as stated in the description, so we were expecting a workout. The host was very responsive and helpful answering questions, The parking was good for us since it was off season, and we were able to park two cars most of the nights. The few nights we needed to use metered parking, it was simple, and in the same lot for the most part, so it wasn't too much of an inconvenience. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and would recommend this place to anyone looking to bring their family for a nice stay on the beach.

Perfect week at the beach!

Our week at Carolina Beach was highlighted with the hatching of four Loggerhead sea turtle nests and beautiful beach weather. The condo was the ideal location with only a few steps to the beach.

A great condo in an excellent location with a wonderful host

The title says it all. The condo was very nice with a view that is second to none. You can catch a perfect view of the sunrise right from the balcony. The condo is within a short drive of the boardwalk and Kure Beach pier. It is a wonderful location. Zoey was the truly the best. She was very responsive to all of my questions. Thank you Zoey! You rock!

Very Relaxing 4 Night Stay

As soon as we walked into the condo & saw the view from the balcony, we knew we had the right place for us. It was a bit of an effort to get our luggage up 42 steps to the 3rd floor - but worth it. Waking to sunrise over the ocean, & being lulled to sleep by the sound of the waves breaking on the shore - bliss! A few things we weren't quite so happy about (but didn't allow them to detract from our overall enjoyment) - : Surprised to have to make up our own bed, & the mattress was just a 4 inch slab of foam (slightly stained, but surprisingly comfortable) No bath mats, & only 2 coat hangers; glasses, crockery & cutlery felt a bit grubby - as though not been used for a long time & had acquired a bit of a film? The condo is quite a distance from restaurants etc, & driving to eat out would have meant paying parking charges - didn't bother us, as we stocked up at Food Lion on the way into town & enjoyed picnicking on the gorgeous balcony, but might be an issue for some. We were also surprised to be sent our parking permit by email just a few days before arrival, which we were then expected to get printed out when we were already on our travels - surely it would be easier to leave a supply of blank forms in the condo for guests to fill in on arrival? We enjoyed strolling along the beach in both directions, although the surf was too strong for us to risk getting in the ocean - so we made good use of the pool when the sun came round that way in the late afternoons.

Beautiful vacation!

We loved our stay at Carolina Beach. The view was spectacular and the condo was nice. Loved being so close to Fort Fisher to enjoy the sunsets and sunrises on the deck or beach.

Nice family vacation

Overall we were happy with our stay and the condo. You just can't beat being right on the beach! Do keep in mind the third floor with no elevator is a challenge, especially when you're out of shape and it's 90+ degrees out! It also would not have worked for my parents, for example, who have trouble getting around. It's in the description, so it was no surprise! Also, parking is a mess in Carolina Beach in general! Fortunately Zoe was able to provide some options that worked out for us, so thank you for that!

Amazing Location

Phenomenal View

Positives would be huge balcony less than 50 yards from beach. Phenomenal view. Furnishings in sitting and dining areas very nice. Balcony Furnishings could have padding cleaned or replac Tastefully decorated throughout

We had a wonderful time! Great location, great condo. It allowed my husband and I, 2 children, spouses and 5 grandchildren a wonderful location to spend together: the boy down fall at all was having no elevator and having to climb 3 flights of stairs. Nice older condo

Nice older condo. The living room furniture is quite uncomfortable which is the only negative thing about this unit. We had a little issue with the cleaning crew but Zoey was quick to respond and resolved the issue. I would recommend this unit to anyone that was looking to enjoy a nice quiet worry free ocean vacation.

Fantastic views and proximity to beach!

We had a wonderful trip! The ocean views and proximity to the beach are amazing and the property had everything we needed. The private deck overlooking the ocean is fabulous. Morning sunrises are beautiful. The beach is clean and for a holiday weekend was not overly crowded. The street side secure balcony was great for leaving shoes and beach toys. The owner was super responsive to all our questions and check-in was easy. We had a slight issue with the cleaning service but the owners took care of it right away and made everything right. There was a bit of confusion in the listing as the header says 5 bedrooms and sleeps 7; however there are three bedrooms, master has king bed, 2nd has a queen and the 3rd has 2 twin bunks (4 beds). It all worked out fine for us. The living room furniture is a bit uncomfortable, but we didn't spend much time sitting on it as we came for the beach! The place could use a little TLC and some updating as it is starting to show some wear, but overall, for the price and location, this was a great spot for our family. I would definitely stay again!
