This condo is perfect for couples, families, or groups of friends. It's the perfect place to relax and enjoy your vacation.

The space
The condo is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The living room has a queen pull out sofa bed & a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, and microwave. The bedroom has a queen-size bed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower.

Wonderful property nearby to restaurants and stores. Just across the street from the beach. The property owner Amy checked on us to make sure everything was going well

Double Booked

We booked our stay through VRBO and when we got there, we got into the room and there was other peoples items in the room. I contacted the property manager and she had to figure out what had happed—the room had been double booked (one through another company). Although the property manager was great at communicating, it did not change the fact that we travelled quite far to get there and ended up paying $500 PER night for the nearest hotel as there was nothing she could do for us We did contact VRBO about this double booking and they tried to make it somewhat right. She also refunded the full amount. Overall, this place seems like a nice & affordable option but it was unfortunate circumstances.

Location and Communication

This fit our needs perfectly. For two of us, we never felt on top of each other and had everything we needed to be comfortable. Even had beach towels and dark towels for taking off makeup. This is also a quaint condo with ocean view. It was a great value as well. Carolina Beach hotels have gotten so expensive to stay in, so this was great being able to get an affordable beach view. The property manager was fantastic with communication and helping us when needed. Amy responded almost immediately if we needed anything. We are hoping to come back next year!

Fantastic place

The place was clean, cozy, and had everything needed for a good weekend at the beach. We didn’t use it but the mini-burners were amazing, next time we’ll be using them and we’ll definitely be back!
