The check-in process was less than to be desired. The front desk staff should be prepared to receive guests with all of the details to get inside the unit OR clear details should be provided prior to reaching the premises. We arrived and had to wait to be given the code to get inside the unit. At some point during the first couple of hours of being there, the code became inactive and we had to contact the host AGAIN to get a new code. It was at that point, we were told that there was a key card in the room and it was to be used for the duration of our visit. Please make the check-in process easy. Thank you.
