Excellent accommodation located on the second line of the beach, overlooking the Mar Menor (largest salt lagoon in Europe). This fully equipped, has a balcony and a porch. Located in Los Nietos, a town with a great atmosphere in summer season, an ideal place to spend your holidays with family or friends. The promenade is one of its attractions with more than two kilometers, beside the club this area cow tongue and across the sand. This is one of the strategic points of the Mar Menor, it has a railway station which connects to tourist areas like La Union and Cartagena. It also has an extensive bus service in the area, reaching Murcia. It is located just 5 minutes from Cabo de Palos and the Natural Park of Calblanque, one of the most beautiful beaches in the Region of Murcia.

La casa era amplia y cómoda, pero un olor a perro y a humedad que no se podía estar. El estado de los mubles, colchones, sabanas y mantas era deplorable. Por suerte estuvimos muy poco tiempo. No se puede poner en alquiler una propiedad en este estado.

Location difficile à trouver: merci G.P.S. . Porte impossible à fermer à clef malgré l'affirmation du propriétaire. Appartement vieillot, très forte odeur d'égout dans les salles de bain, exécrable surtout par temps humide (une salle de bain condamnée) wifi minime et souvent longuement défectueux (24 h.); accès "parking" devant la location avec trottoir de 20 cm donc 4/4 pour se garer sinon c'est à 100 m voir plus loin. PASSEZ VOTRE CHEMIN ou gâchez vos vacances. =========================================

Un mois à Los Nietos

Un petit village typique resté dans son jus ce qui lui confère un charme certain. La maison est très agréable grace à son patio et à la circulation de l'air. Seul grand point noir la qualité des matelas... et pour le coup cela devrait être la qualité première d'une location.

Die ganze Wohnung ist verschimmelt stinkt es und die Bettwäsche nicht sauber. In der Küche gibt es nicht ausreichend Geschirr der Grill verdreckt nicht sauber gemacht. Im Großen und Ganzen würde ich keinem empfehlen die Ferien dort zu verbringen.

Estupenda casa🤩

La comunicación con el propietario ha sido estupenda, muy agrandables. Buena limpieza del piso, tb tiene una buena localización 🤩 Lo único que cambiaría son los muebles que para mis gusto son un poco antiguos, Pero aún así la casa es bastante amplia y está limpio todo.

Lugar confortable y bonita decoracion

Ha sido fenomenal. A unos metros del Mar menor. La zona es tranquila esta en un lugar bastante céntrico, cercano al supermercado, bares, churreria etc. Es un lugar ideal para desconectar y pasar vacaciones o escapadas a tu rollo y lejos de bullicios. Los aparcamientos relativamente cercanos Tambien a mano para práctica de deportes acuaticos como Padlet Surf o Snorkel. Y muy cerca de Cabo de Palos, la Manga y otros pueblos y otras playas del entorno. El piso muy acogedor, limpio y bien preparado, la zona muy tranquila, La terraza es ideal y la decoracion muy original. Un lugar ideal. En general estupendo y el propietario muy amable y servicial.

Des vacances formidables

Nous avons passé un mois dans la maison. La location correspond tout à fait à la description faite sur le site. La maison est très agréable à vivre. Elle est très pratique pour une famille. Elle se trouve en bordure de la Mar Menor, c'est extrêmement agréable. Et si l'on préfère se baigner avec plus de vagues, de nombreuses autres plages se situent à proximité. José Javier est très gentil et très disponible. Pour toute demande il répond dans la minute, c'est très appréciable. Le village est très accueillant. Des animations sont proposées en été tous les deux à trois jours. On a trouvé une ambiance très chaleureuse et festive dans ce petit village typique d'Espagne. Nous reviendrons très certainement lors de futures vacances. Merci encore pour tout José Javier

Well equipped for the price.

This is a spacious family apartment with a good sized kitchen. Jose was very helpful and prompt on arrival. It would be ideal for a family holiday. Although it is basic, everything worked ok and plenty of hot water. The Kitchen was very well equipped and the gas hob worked although the oven looked unusable? There is a nice rear courtyard with a washing machine. Everything was clean and tidy . The main issue was Los Nietos is VERY quiet and most of the bars and restaurants on trip advisor were shut. We don't think the this was a end of Summer experience (September) as most were up for sale.
