The coffee was good. But we can't eat because we saw flies over the food. In the rooftop everything was good too. But We ordered a coconut lemonade and the coconut was bad. They didn't replace it, they just added more sweetener to try and mask the bad taste.

The hotel was exactly as described. Housekeeping didnt go once to deliver towels, change sheets or touch up the room until the final day I was there, but I was already about to check out. The ladies at the downstairs restaurant weren’t the friendliest, but the staff on the rooftop restaurant were funny, outgoing, very informative, offered many suggestions and made the time up top very fun. Overall, I would go back. The room was so cute!

Thought the breakfast was supposed to free but wasnt. Found a rolled up used kleenex in the bathroom sink when first entered the room. I had a balcony but it was full of large flower pots and couldnt ise it. Every thing else was good. Especially the view of the sea(would have enjoyed it more if i could sit on the balcony)

El staff, la piscina, la decoración estuvieron de 10. La comida y las bebidas estuvieron deliciosas, y la ubicación, muy fácil de encontrar. El único inconveniente es que se podía escuchar todo del cuarto cercano a través de una puerta en común. De resto, pasamos una linda estadía. Muchas gracias.

Recomiendo muchísimo este hotel, está ubicado en una zona muy buena, alejado del bullicio del centro pero tampoco lejos, el personal es súper atento, en el front desk le agradezco a Caroline que nos ayudó a imprimir un documento que necesitábamos con urgencia y siempre atenta a lo que necesitábamos, Daniela nos cambió de habitación cuando quisimos cambiarnos de piso y siempre estuvo dispuesta a ayudarnos en lo que nos hiciera falta, pero en general todo el personal de check in es especial, y el personal del rooftop ejemplar, Jesús hace unos tragos exquisitos y siempre está atento tanto el cómo el otro personal que lo ayuda. En fin una experiencia única en este hotel, lo repetiría una y otra vez.
