This cozy cottage is located in the coastal village of Urrutias on the Mar Menor, which attracts with great beaches where you can swim and practice water sports.
The accommodation offers three large bedrooms, one of which has access to a terrace where you can have a lovely breakfast in the sun. The spacious and modern living/dining room is ideal for enjoying time together.
Outside, there is an on-site swimming pool for refreshing cooling, and a barbecue and a large dining table for successful meals in the open air.
In the surrounding area you will find towns such as Alcáceres or Cabo de Palos, widely famous for their rice specialties. The Manga Club golf course and the Calblanque Nature Park are also not far away.
