The hotel was very beautiful and very well maintained. The lobby had a beautiful view of the beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very spacious. The room also had a nice view.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Estelar in Bocagrande, Cartagena. The location was perfect, just steps from the beach and close to everything. The staff was warm and attentive, always making sure I felt welcome and comfortable. My room was clean, spacious, and had a beautiful view of the ocean. The breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of variety. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I would definitely stay here again.

Su amabilidad, atención al detalle y disposición para ayudar hicieron que mi estancia fuera aún más especial. Desde el primer momento, Luis Alberto me hizo sentir bienvenida y atendida con una calidez difícil de encontrar. Siempre estaba pendiente de que estuviéramos cómodos, ofreciendo un servicio impecable con una sonrisa genuina. Se nota que ama lo que hace y que se preocupa sinceramente por el bienestar de cada persona. Gracias a él, disfruté aún más de las instalaciones de la piscina, que ya de por sí eran espectaculares. I stayed here for a weekend. We enjoyed our stay. It was clean, safe and the beach was right across the street. There was an issue with the drain in the shower. The hotel staff came to fix it. However, it took a long time so they put us in another room. Overall, it was a nice stay and I would come back again.

Had a nice view for the room. Infinity pool was nice. The elevators are a bit confusing, but once you get the hang of it, its ok. Told hotel it was my birthday, but was not celebrated or acknowledged for it really. Otherwise, room was cleaned each day and they have complimentary waters in the rooms which is nice when you first arrive.
