Unless you speak Spanish prepare for an issue. Although requested clean towels daily in 8 days we got once. Same with housekeeping, there is no place to dispose of trash. Room was fine and beautiful building. Very safe and amazing location. No ice or water available on premises-2 block.

the cleaning is not included as stated on Orbitz the hotle ask for extra fee per day per cleaning, the bed sofa do not have any linens, I had to ask for sheets and blankets and for two days I had to sleep with clothes on or in a bare plastic mattress. the window wont close properly and the wing whistled all day and night, no receptionist on site, everything is over chat, the check out is at 11am, and is notified after I paid for the rooms, other wise I wouldnt chose this place, no luggage storage, so I had to leave to the airport right after check out. to over price for what ganem offers. very disappointed !!!
