The room was spacious and extra clean. The staff is super friendly. Breakfast, which was included, was amazing. The property itself is gorgeous. Plenty of pools and outdoor space so you never feel over crowed. Overall i would stay again in a heartbeat.

This hotel is conveniently located for shopping, dining, etc.. We were able to complete our check-in process when we arrived but was unable to get our room which wasn’t a problem initially so we went out to explore the town, sites, etc.. After checking back after several hours, our room still wasn’t ready and was given many different excuses as to why. Upon my request, I spoke with Francisco who was the Manager and he quickly resolved the matter in which we were provided a different room and provided with additional services for the inconvenience. Though the experience did not start off particularly the way that we expected, the overall experience was good and we would use this hotel in the future when visiting.

The property was impeccable. Even though they have wild life living on the property they take extra care to ensure that it is clean The pool area was spectacular. My stay at Hotel Caribe by Faranda Grand was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed and felt truly taken care of. The property itself is stunning, great amenities, and a location that’s perfect- just a short walk to nearby stores and attractions. What really made my experience outstanding, however, was the service. Every staff member went above and beyond, but I want to especially recognize Alexy Ruiz one of the managers. His professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care made all the difference in my stay. He was always ready to assist with a smile, making me feel like a valued guest rather than just a visitor. The food was delicious, the pool was a favorite for our family, and the entire atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. I cannot thank the team enough for making my stay so memorable. I highly recommend Hotel Caribe by Faranda Grand for anyone looking for a perfect mix of comfort, service, and hospitality. I will definitely be returning!

The majority of the breakfast buffet provided is límited and the majority of the offered dishes have too many calories and meals that turn into sugar. It is not so varied and 60 year old people and older are not so considered. It is clear that they do not have a nutricionist. Specifically some of the waitresses have not such a nice attitude at the breakfast restaurant. On the other hand, the people at the front desk are really nice as well as bellboys and the cleaning staff.

Was very mediocre Gym was disappointing broken machines and old equipment in an airless room They have another gym that is good but just got weights but not always open Service was not great Beach dirty and not appealing Would not go back

Its a wonderful classic colonel property. Its very old and the elevator is very charming. The grounds are wonderful and the pools are well maintained and served very well by the staff. The room we stayed in was very small. But the bed was spectacular as were the pillows and linens For the price I'd recommend a stay at the Hotel Caribe
