Room faced what looks like an office building and there were a few minor inconveniences: can’t control air from your room so Maintence has to change it, the door to outside was unlocked when I got in my room so Maintence had to come show me how to lock it, breakfast took an hour to deliver one morning, room service was pretty slow, bottled water was astronomically expensive, my key stopped working one day BUT food was pretty good, staff was attentive for the most part, pool and hotel was gorgeous!!

El hotel es divino y la comida muy rica. Rentamos 3 cuartos mis amigas y yo y en 2 de ellos nunca funcionó bien el AC porque no se puede controlar el termostato del cuarto, incluso nos cambiaron de cuarto y en el nuevo tampoco servía. En otro cuarto nunca hubo agua caliente. Y el comentario del concierge diciéndonos que “el AC es un lujo en Cartagena” nos pareció totalmente inapropiado siendo que estamos pagando por un hotel 5 estrellas.

This hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. Joanna was very helpful in helping me find a baker in a short time frame to bake a cake for my sister's birthday. I enjoyed staying at the hotel and will do so again.

Osh Hotel Cartagena, lo es todo. Una experiencia de lujo y placer, propiedad perfecta. Para comenzar fui cordialmente recibido en la entrada. Luego en el check-in fue todo un éxito el equipo de front desk en especial Joana, súper atenta y amable, lo mejor de todo que hizo todo lo posible para conseguir una mejor habitación para así poder maximizar mi experiencia. La comida, el desayuno, la habitaciónes el trato único de todo el staff front y back of the house…Que más le puedo decir todo fue mágico…Vuelvo pronto…

the staff is extremely helpful and very attentive to everything and everyone. the only reason i give it a 4 star us because i wish the food was better at their restaurant/breakfast buffet. BUT i did have some yummy almond pancakes for breakfast as well as some delicious tacos de carne asada with one of the best piña coladas by the pool!!! those were my favs. there are plenty of nearby food spots as well, so wasnt much of a problem for me. i loved that they had 2 pools as well. very clean space all around. i would def stay here again and recommend to anyone.

This hotel was beautiful! We really loved our stay at the hotel. The room was clean and modern. The staff was very welcoming and hard working. The pool was great. It seems that the hotel is supposed to be in a very nice area of the city and the area around is very picturesque. However, the outskirts of the hotel are dirty and unsafe. The views from the roof top hotel aren't great! A lot of locals trying to sell you things the moment you walk down the street and getting in your face! It's unfortunate. The other 2 things that did not allow me to give the hotel a 5 star was that the pools close early at 7 and 9, no spa, and that when you need to call the front desk to request something, you need to contact them via whats app and at times they take a long time to answer. That was frustating at times.
