House rules and security deposit
To ensure proper use and maintenance of the facilities, a refundable security deposit of âŹ450 is required, payable by bank transfer up to 7 days before arrival.
The deposit will be refunded by bank transfer within 5 days after check-out, once the property has been inspected and no damage or incidents are found.
Out of respect for the environment and neighbours, quiet hours are from 21:00 to 09:00.
Loudspeakers, karaoke machines and high-volume music are not allowed. Parties or events are strictly prohibited unless previously authorised in writing.
For everyoneâs safety and comfort, the property is equipped with decibel monitors in common areas (sound-level only, no recording) and outdoor security cameras connected to a professional alarm system.
