My husband and I stayed here for four months, while in transition, so we had a good deal of experiences. The staff was really nice and friendly and was always there to help and we really didn’t have any issues with them. We originally was in a king room and loved it, but decided to move to a queen room to save money, and when we got to the queen room it smelled 100% like cigarettes. We went and told the cleaning crew because it was extremely strong and set off my husband’s allergies and gave me a headache. So, the cleaning crew cleaned up the room, but we ultimately decided to go to another room. When we got to the other room it was perfect and had no smell of cigarettes. The property does everything they can to keep people from smoking in their rooms, but unfortunately can’t catch everyone. Our only complaints were our neighbors who would smoke weed in their room, which kept us up at night. Also,the influx of random people and limited parking when a game was happening, the constant slamming of doors all night, and the fact you have to request for your room to be cleaned. The worst part of the entire experience was just the people staying there with us, but naturally we couldn’t control that. Overall, it was a pleasant experience being that we’ve never stayed at an extended stay before. We appreciated the staff and all that they did for us, they all deserve a raise ! ☺️

For the price it was a great. My only complaint was that the kitchen floor was really sticky, but it was nice to have a full fridge and microwave with stove top. I would recommend bringing a keurig as there isn't any coffee option i the room. Still 4 out of 5 overall.

Staff was non existent, cursing the last customers as they were leaving. After that , it was clean, dry, and habitable . I wondered if the customers were looking for a free stay. My stay was uneventful, room seemed clean and comfortable.

It was fine for the night but it was very questionable. We had old blood in our room and a very dirty bathroom. The A/C barely worked but it was fine for a one night stay

Furnitures, bathroom and refrigerator are all old. Refrigerator was also rusted. The aile of the second floor was dirty in general. They did not vacuum at all. There was a pile dirt by the elevator and it stayed for five days! It was still there when I was leaving. Despite good manners of the staff, it was not a pleasure to stay there.

Extremely disappointed, no pool, no extra towels, no pot pans or utensils in the “fully equipped” kitchen. Carpet was pulling away from wall. No option for conjoined rooms as advertised. All were my main reasons for choosing this location and I’m extremely disappointed.
