Villa Demal is an elegant property located on the hill of Casarano and is welcoming and refined, both inside and out. The solarium and swimming pool are well connected and visible from the large glass living room which also has access to the outside area. The interior is also well organised to ensure guests maximum comfort during their stay. Villa Demal is the ideal location to spend relaxing holidays, with pleasant moments spent in both the large living room and the big swimming pool which, with the surrounding lawned area, allow guests to make the most of their stay.
Interior:
The rooms of Villa Demal are elegant and brightly-lit, all located on the ground floor. Absolute protagonist is the living area composed of a beautiful kitchen and a glass living room that allows you to enjoy maximum tranquillity just a few steps from the outdoor area where the external dining area is also located. The living area allows guests to spend pleasant moments in absolute relaxation, between the kitchen area and the living room, while enjoying a cool drink or sipping an apéritif and then moving on to the nearby solarium. Easily accessible are the 4 double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathroom with shower, one of which also has a hydromassage tub. All the bedrooms have direct access to the outdoor area and are equipped with air conditioning and mosquito netting. 2 bedrooms have a single pouf bed each.
Park:
The property extends for about 1,500 sq m and is completely enclosed (if you have small animals, please note that the 2 external gates on the street front are formed by iron bars and they could pass through). The park is covered mainly by lawn that surrounds the swimming pool and stretches up to the glass living room and the lateral relaxation area. An evergreen hedge surrounds the solarium while tall palm trees and a large Valonia oak stand out among the various typical plants scattered in the area. The area next to the living room is ideal for an apéritif or lunch in the open air, allowing you to relax away from the solarium and the swimming pool.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The large swimming pool, about 25 m from the house, is the protagonist of the outdoor area. It is reached across the lawn which, as well as leading to the solarium, enhances the entire outdoor area. Measuring 13 x 11 m with the depth ranging from 0,75 to 2,90 m, it is ideal, for depth and size, for those wanting to swim in absolute tranquility. Lined in turquoise ceramics which give the pool a wonderful colour, creating a perfect union with the blue sky, the lawn and surrounding plants, it has chlorine purification and a steel ladder for access to the water. The Ideal location for enjoying a cool drink while lounging comfortably on the sunbeds under the surrounding umbrellas or, even better, in the shade of the majestic oak next to the pool itself.
