The rooms are decent, but noisy. You hear so much of what is going on in the hall or the room next to you. Overall it is worth the price. For some reason the lobby smelled like a septic system, but the rooms didn’t smell so that is good.

The atrium was fixed very pretty, where they had breakfast and indoor pool area! Breakfast they ran out but they were very busy with all the tournaments, when they refilled it it was pretty good with a wide variety of breakfast items. The rooms were okay, needs some TLC though

Hotel was good for the price, was clean seemed well kept. Breakfast was good, seemed like it was missing some items but there had just been a large 3 day wrestling tournament. Overall good and would stay again.

When I first checked into the room there was no tv remote the guy from the front desk brought one buy and tried to program it but got called to the front three times. At night the room heater was not working but the fan would just blow air I tol the lady at the front desk and she told me they would get it fixed right away 12 hours later when I got back to the room it was still not working so I checked out early

I went to Casper WY to have my car repaired . It took all day so I decided to stay the night instead of driving the 3 hours home. The stay turned out wonderful. The motel was beautiful, the rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable. If needed I would happily stay again.

We had no problem accessing the property even with all the construction going on with I 25 in the area. It is nicely located along the Platte River. The property looked clean and well kept. Our main down side was the room was cold as an ice box when we went in. The heater was pathetic and the room did not get warm until we went to breakfast the next morning. I had to cover my wife with all the towels from the bathroom to keep her warm in bed.

The Riverside is in the midst of some renovations but it did not negatively impact our stay. Very friendly, helpful staff! We very much enjoyed our stay.

Too cold

The interior was updated from the last time I stayed here and under the former name. But it is still gloomy and dark. Beds were comfy. Room was freezing when I got in and took a while to warm up. The whole hotel was freezing. Was the heater not working or conserving energy? I had to put my coat on before going out of my room into the hallway. I noticed employees wearing jackets or sweaters while working too.

The property was decent. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, everything was easy to access. The breakfast was not much of a breakfast at all, was not stocked very well. Had very limited selection if any selection at all on proteins (sausage, bacon, eggs), juices were watered down, limited muffins/Danishes. Just not something to get your day started on .

The staff was terrific. There was something (blood?) on the carpet when we checked in, but they found us another room when we asked. I would rather have sattelite tv--I like fox news and local news channels better that what I could find on the tv in our room.

The breakfast was horrible and gross rooms beds are not size queens they are fulls the cooling in the rooms don’t work good only part I liked was the heated pool and the staff was nice
