Auch wegen des Ausblicks vom Grundstück in das Tal und der ruhigen und sonnigen Hanglage ist das Domizil beliebt. Zur Nutzung stehen zur Verfügung: Liegewiese, Sonnenschirm, Sonnenliege, Grillmöglichkeit und Gartenmöbel.
