Villa Bacio is an elegant and welcoming two-story villa situated at a short distance from the Adige river. It sleeps 12 people. It is approximately 360 square meters (3870 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in the center of Castelbaldo, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant and a grocery store at 150 meters (490 feet) and the bus stop at 600 meters (roughly 1970 feet). You will reach Villa Bacio from the street level without having to climb any steps.
For a successful stay at Villa Bacio we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it free of charge along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces).

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 4 meters (13 feet) large by 9 meters (30 feet) long, 1.45 meters (4.8 feet) deep. The area is equipped with deck chairs and sun loungers. The pool is open all year round, although it is not heated.
Patio
The patio is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a wood roof. It is equipped with two small sofas and with tables and chairs. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue.
Garden
The garden is 300 square meters (3230 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by elegant awnings. It is equipped with tables and chairs. From the garden you will have a view of the swimming pool.
Half bath
The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and it is located outdoor. You will be able to enter it from the patio.
Ground FloorLiving Room 1
The first living room is paved with Venetian mosaic. The ceiling is made of wood. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming. The furnishings include two sofas. There is a nice fireplace made of glass. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. In this room you will find a smart TV. From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through two French doors. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Living Room 2
You will be able to enter the second living room from the first living room through a cased opening. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed (available upon request with an additional cost -- please contact our staff in advance). The room has a large window.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the first living room through a large sliding door. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a gas oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a kettle. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the second living room through an access area. The bedroom has a double bed (140 cm/55 inches). The furnishings include an armchair. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room also has a large window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit, and you will also find a safe.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the second living room. The bedroom has a double bed (140 cm/55 inches). In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit, and you will also find a safe.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is spacious and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a hydromassage shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the second living room.

The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). There is a small fireplace made of glass. The furnishings include a sofa and three armchairs. There is also a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner induction cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. There is a table that is in the kitchen island, and can accommodate two guests. In this room you will find a smart TV. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the garden and the swimming pool through a French door. The room also has a window, as well as a high window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit, and you will also find a safe. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower, a jacuzzi bathtub and a hairdryer. The bathroom is open-plan.
Second AnnexBedroom 6 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the sixth bedroom from the patio through an external access. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). There is a small fireplace made of glass. The furnishings include a bedroom chair. In this room you will find a smart TV. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the garden and the swimming pool through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit, and you will also find a safe and a mini refrigerator. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
Other roomsLaundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the garden. Here you will find a washing machine, a clothes dryer, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal. Please note that the laundry service is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally.
