This apartment is located in the Sicamar building, located on the beachfront, a few meters from the city center, and on the beach.
It is distributed as follows: it has 2 double bedrooms, one with a double bed and access to the sea terrace, the other room with a bunk bed.
There is a full bathroom with a completely renovated shower and a toilet.
The living room has access to the terrace over the sea; the feeling that one lives from up here is inexplicable, you have to live it. The independent kitchen is perfectly equipped with everything you might need.
It is ideal in terms of situation, and it is also a very quiet and quiet apartment, where the sea breeze always blows.
