Duplex apartment in S'agaró, 7 minutes walk from the beach. It is located in the center of the town where we find different types of shops to enjoy a magnificent [hidden] is a first floor with elevator in a community of tourist apartments.
On the ground floor, we find the fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, washing machine, kitchen utensils... a complete bathroom with shower, a double room with a double bed and the living-dining room with TV and sofa. Direct exit from the living-dining room to a balcony.
On the first floor, we find a room with a double bed, which can be folded together with the wardrobe to have greater comfort and space. Bathroom with shower.
