CASA VERSACI - CASTELLAMMARE DEL GOLFO AREA

Casa Versaci is a lovely traditional property surrounded by fruit and olive trees and situated on the Northern Coast of Sicily near Castellammare del Golfo.

On the ground floor, there is a spacious open plan living area that consists of rustic kitchen-diner (fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, American coffee maker, Espresso machine, toaster, oven, wood stove) and cozy and warm sitting area with fireplace. On the same floor, you will also find two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, as well as a pool table.

The staircase in the living room will lead you up to the first floor, where the main sleeping area is. There are three double bedrooms; the master en-suite offers a bathroom with tub and a magnificent view over the surrounding countryside. In this bedroom, a cozy mezzanine could accommodate two extra single beds. The other two bedrooms, one of which with French bed (140cm wide) the other with double bed, are served by a bathroom with shower and they open to a spacious balcony that overlooks the pool. One extra small bed can be added, suitable for children.

The fantastic private swimming pool (20m x 10m, 1.20-2.80m deep; open from 1st April to 1st November) dominates the outside space, which is well equipped with sheltered gazebos and verandas, sun beds and a BBQ area to make the most of the warm and sunny Sicilian weather.

It is also possible to play table tennis, billiards, table football and "bocce" (a game similar to bowls) within the property. There is an alarm system to access the property for extra safety.

Facilities: air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room, Sat TV in the living room and in one bedroom, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, central heating, alarm system, DVD player, free internet WI-FI, parking space inside the property. Any day arrival possible.
