Trullo Roverella enjoys a privileged position, immersed in the quiet of carob trees and centuries-old olive trees, where time seems to slow down.
It is part of an elegant complex of two properties, each designed to guarantee total privacy, with independent outdoor spaces and a private pool.
The pool, facing the front of the house, is equipped with umbrellas and sun loungers, ideal for relaxing under the Apulian sun.
The interiors welcome with a bright living area embellished with a fireplace, while the bedroom, cozy and suggestive, is located on the mezzanine. The bathroom, a real corner of well-being, is housed in the lamia adjacent to the trullo and offers a unique experience: a large window opens onto the pool, allowing you to admire the reflection directly from the tub.
The location is ideal for exploring the heart of the Itria Valley: just a few minutes away are the famous Castellana Caves, one of the most fascinating karst complexes in Europe. In a short time you can also reach iconic villages such as Alberobello, Polignano a Mare, Monopoli and Locorotondo, among white historic centers, crystal clear sea and authentic traditions. A perfect starting point for discovering the most authentic Puglia.
Despite the presence of Wi-Fi, the connection, not being fiber optic, will be slower than urban networks.
The late check-in fee is optional. If you choose not to use it, we will send you instructions to access the property and we will arrange a meeting with you the following day. Alternatively, the cost for check-in between 20:00 and midnight is Eur 100.00.
Possibility to charge electric cars for a fee of €25 per charge .

Online check-in is mandatory: it is free and can be done up to the day before arrival. If this is not done, € 55.00 will be charged (check in fee).

It is possible to provide a cot and high chair on request at a cost of € 50 (the cost does not change if you request only the cot or only the high chair).

To avoid penalties, it is essential to dispose of waste correctly at the end of your stay. If you prefer not to take care of this operation yourself, you can use our waste disposal service, with an agent who will do it for you at a cost of €70.00.
