Pleite mit Ansage

Das gebuchte Objekt war in einem schlechten Zustand. Ich hatte mich noch nie beschwert da ich in Spanien gewohnt bin 1-2 Sachen hinzunehmen. Hier waren einige Gegenstände so abgenutzt, dass man sie einfach nicht mehr benutzt, Scherben in der Spühle der Boden tiefenverdreckt und das Highlight waren die Betten. Diese waren zu klein (ich bin 1,86, also kein Riese) und sehr dünn (altes Federkernbett). Rundum: Urlaub und Entspannung nicht möglich. Zum Glück gab es Cristina von Interhome vor Ort, sie hat am nächsten Tag eine Ersatzwohnung organisiert. Hier war alles in Ordnung und der Urlaub wurde zum Erfolg! Nun warum mit Ansage.. Meine Gespräche mit den Mitarbeitern ergab das unsere erste Wohnung von der Argentur vor Ort nie im Programm wäre aber wie häufig gibt es eine obergeodnete Stelle die nur auf die Zahlen und die möglichen Mehrvermietungen schaut. Diese Geschäftspraxis führt aber zu Mehraufwand und Ärger und ist für das Image nicht nützlich. In Zukunft rufe ich vor Ort an und lasse mir ein Objekt empfehlen. Vielen Dank an das Team vor Ort!!!
