Service is outstanding and everyone is so friendly. Rooms are musty, need better cleaning products or more airing out. Beds too soft. Views are great. Sounds really carries.ie not really sound proof. Can hear entertainment at night which is not a bad thing as music is really good.

The Staff made our stay. Everybody appeared genuinely pleased that we were there, wanted to know of any issues and wanted to ensure that we had a good time. A special shout-out to Jafree for helping us have a great time. We went to his beginners yoga and pilates. And even did the aquarobics - a really mixed bunch having fun in the pool. Jafree filled his walk to the lighthouse with laughs and facts. Food was great - a good mix and choice. Book the hummingbird fine dining too when you're there. The shuttle to the beach is quick and easy, with Bel- Jou- reserved and overseen sunbeds making it easy to get the best out of the wide beach. Thoroughly recommended

The hotel was nice in terms of staff and dining options. Staff is very friendy and accommodating. It is alittle run down from what you can tell but not super dirty or anything. The area around the hotel near the main road can be abit noisy but its in a residential area where people are driving up and the down the roads so cant really be help with that.

I have to say that the highlight of my experience was the outstanding service provided by Dana at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, she greeted us with a warm smile and genuine hospitality that instantly made me feel welcome. Dana was professional, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. She handled my check-in quickly, offered helpful information about the hotel amenities and local area, and even followed up later to make sure everything in my room was satisfactory. The Bel Jou Hotel was clean with two very nice pools. The gym was okay but I would suggest better spinning bikes. Breakfast was amazing and dinner at the Hummingbird was fabulous. What really makes the Bel Jou a great hotel to stay at is the exceptional service from the staff. Princess and Keisha are two staff members who are outstanding. I have traveled the world and have visited many different hotels. The Bel Jou Hotel has the best customer service and staff that I have ever encountered. We are looking forward to our next visit.
