Nice but misleading picture.

We enjoyed our stay. Grateful that it wasPet friendly. The picture online is very misleading however. We thought we were at a completely different home. It would be appropriate to post a picture online that is true to the decorations, etc. just saying. The real thing compared to the photo is misleading. But overall, we were happy to sleep there for the one night.

Nice place to stay

We had a pleasant stay. It is located close to the Aqua Caliente Casino, where we went to see a show. Very convenient. Also within walking distance to a small shopping center. I would stay here again.

Far below expectations for our stay in Palm Springs!

This property, although spacious, was not close to matching the pictures provided on the VRBO site. It was overall weathered and truthfully, rather dirty. The pictures showed vertical blends on the windows leading to the outside common space, but we arrived to these being replaced with panels of curtains that didn’t adequately fit the full length windows and offered little privacy. We had some difficulty accessing the main gate but after several attempts managed to enter the code properly. We then couldn’t get the lock box to open to access the key cards. It took us more than 30 min to get in as it was getting dark. To make this more challenging, the grounds had not been maintained for some time, and we had to duck and move around and between low hanging branches over the sidewalks. Overall, the complex was not clean or maintained so that we felt comfortable sitting outside in any of the patio areas without doing some major cleaning.sadly disappointed in this property choice,

Spacious and quiet

I came in to town for a wedding. I am so glad I chose this property. It was very spacious and clean. The communication was great. My Mother arrived first and needed some assistance and the host was very responsive! Everything we needed was detailed in an email. The beds and pillows were completely comfortable and I can be picky. The pool was perfect and we had it to ourselves on that particular day. Our wedding was in Palm Springs and it was just a short drive away. You can easily walk to coffee, shopping and a really good restaurant. I would highly recommend this rental!

Met All Expectations

We had a very nice stay. Will was great. He was very quick to respond when I reached out to him. The property was very nice and clean. The pool was only steps away from our door. And all the local convenient stores were really in walking distance. Everything was great. We will definitely be back.

Great Spacious Condo with Amenities!!

The property was exactly as described. We very much enjoyed the heated pool and spa, and the laundry room was just outside our condo (which was nice for our family). The two master suites are both huge - each one is larger than a standard hotel room. The condo is also dog-friendly (we have two small dogs), and it was nice that there is a small backyard directly off the patio. The condo is just across the street from Trader Joe's and Target, which made grocery buying very convenient. Will - the property manager - was awesome. The other property employees were also super-friendly, which made it a great environment. We would definitely consider staying again if we return to Palm Springs.

Convenient & Accommodating!

Several great points about this property. Will, the host was so helpful and available! The pool and spa was very clean and ready. This property is near the airport and Trader Joe’s was a plus. The kitchen well accommodated. We stayed 3 days and it was lovely.

Retro 90's Glam, and an excellent value

Really excellent value for the size and amenities. Spacious bedrooms, #1master being the entire top floor with private patio, #2 master being a large portion of the main floor. Awesome giant shower and bath areas with new tile in both masters. Lovely, quiet, shared pool area with few other units. Dated furniture and decor - but NOT worn and NOT uncomfortable. A bottle of wine greets guests, as well as coffee, condiments and plenty of towels and linens. The owner of the complex mentioned they were slowly modernizing the units, with apologies, but our experience was of staying at a Vintage early 90's luxury Villa. We turned on Hulu and watched Ally McBeal, then played C&C Music Factory on stereo-set, and later glammed out with the bottle of wine by the pool. EXCELLENT!
