Welcome to Condo Liol, a beautiful, newly remodeled 3 bedroom/3 bathroom retreat centrally located between Palm Springs and Rancho Mirage. The condo is in a gated community and is full of comforts of a home away from home with fully functional kitchen, high speed Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, ROKU TV and so much more. Come in, set your luggage down and enjoy an extended stay with lots of amenities including multiple tennis and basketball courts, sparkling swimming pools, hot tubs, clubhouse and a gym.

12% transient occupancy tax will be in addition to the nightly fee + 1% Greater Palm Springs (GPS) TBID

In the heart of Cathedral City with breathtaking mountain views surrounded by palm trees and a refreshing lagoon right outside the balcony, the condo is surrounded by well-manicured and lush community grounds.

Per city ordinance, no outdoor amenities can be used from 10 PM to 8 AM or a $1000 citation may be issued by the city. No loud outdoor music or indoor music that can be heard from outside is permitted. Respecting our neighbors’ privacy and peaceful enjoyment is a must. Thank you for your understanding.

You will have a reserved parking spot right in front of the condo with extra guest parking spaces available close by (3 max cars allowed).

The utility deposit is $500 for 28 nights with $125 added for each additional week.
The guest is only responsible for utilities if the monthly cost is more than $250, there is no utility deposit.

Great location - end unit that is a short walk from three different pools. Parking is right in front of the unit, which is very convenient. Back patio faces one of the inner ponds in the complex.Well stocked unit - only minor nit would be the kitchen would benefit from additional silverware (limited number of forks and spoons). There was plasticware available though.Hosts are quick to respond to messages.

This was a great choice in a perfect location for us (we were in the area primarily to attend the Indian Well - BNP Paribas - tennis tournament). The condo was spacious, had everything we needed, and proximate to much more than what we had time to access. Also, having access to numerous pools was great. The workout room/gym leaves a bit to be desired, but that's not the fault of our hosts. Also, we had a "maintenance" issue that ended up being user error (i.e. my stupidity) and the hosts took care of things right away. The condo is close to all the areas...Palm Springs proper, Rancho Mirage, and (of course) Indian Wells. Would definitely stay here again. The cost was a bit high for the area, but not relative to other properties in the area. Thanks to our hosts for a great stay!

The pools and hot tubs were not all heated and functioning, so that was a bit of a disappointment. Otherwise a lovely location within the fabulous complex. An issue with the smoke alarm/carbon monoxide detector upon arrival that took about 7 hours to get resolved.

Cathedral City review

Quiet retreat

3 old guys looking for a quiet and relaxing place. This place fit the bill. I walk and meditate every day and this was perfect for that. The grounds are full of greenery, ponds and streams. Just lovely. We would have appreciated tvs in the bedrooms, but no big deal. Also, great pools and hot tubs! Very nice art work in the condo.

The house was very nice! I do wish there were more items in the house, like trash bags, toiletries, etc! The description does say to bring them but it was hard to do with a group of students! Otherwise, the house had something for everyone and tons of space!!

The Winnipeg and Vancouver Family

The Condo was exactly as advertised. Perfect for a family of two adults and 3 children ages 5,7 & 9. The Condo was very will furnished and appointed . The only negative was that the pools were NOT heated and very to cold to use. Location was good . I would have no hesitation rented the same Condo again.

Fantastic stay. Owners were awesome!

We were a family of 4 adults plus a 14 month old and came mid-April. The place was perfect for us. It was well equipped which was helpful since we ate in for 90% of our meals. There was lots of room and all furniture was comfortable. The exterior was better than expected. It was great to sit on the patio and see the beautiful landscaping and it allowed our little one to run around on the grass. There was a pool and hot tub on a few minutes from the unit. The temperature of both was perfect. Communication with the owners couldn’t have been better. Answers to all of our questions were always kind and quick. We were always encouraged to let them know if we needed anything. We hope to be back!
