Use of the golf cart is permitted only for guests who sign a liability waiver. A&J Home Concierge is not a rental provider. Use is at your own risk. Only guests 25 years or older with a valid driver’s license may drive the golf cart. Seat belts must be worn at all times.
By booking, you agree: request approval for dogs (if pet-friendly) before booking; no cats allowed; guest count must not exceed occupancy; all house rules will be followed; primary guest(s) must be 40+. Non-compliance may result in cancellation or charges.

No Smoking or Vaping on Premises ($200 to $500 penalty charged if house rule is ignored)
Cats not allowed ($500 to $1,000 penalty charged if house rule is ignored)
Dogs Friendly (less than 30pds), non-shedding, limit to one at a time. If there is excessive amount of hair, an additional fee of $200 will be taken from the Security Deposit to cover for a deep cleaning.
