With one main house and two cottages, this property is ready to receive your family or large group! Arranged as one main home with two cottages, these lovely homes are all based incredibly close to the shores of Leavitt Bay, which connects directly to Ossipee Lake. Each building stands completely separate with its own entrance, bedrooms, and full kitchen inside. All three bayfront properties can enjoy views of the bay and mountains, and everyone can come together around each home's private gas grill at night. Each home also has the use of a private beach. The main house contains the private dock, where everyone will undoubtedly come around to enter the waters. As the biggest home of the three, the main house contains special amenities such as a spiral staircase, a shower with a grab bar and a handheld option, and an extended area offering a firepit area that will be just the place to reminisce with loved ones. The first cottage is cheerful and casual, with a vivid blue carpet, included sofabed, and a galley kitchen. The second cottage is bright and more open, with an open-facing kitchen and plush furniture. Common sandy areas between the cottages will be fun for hanging out together as a group. Of course, the lake beckons from the views of all the homes in this fun group.

What's nearby:
These homes are in an incredible location, set close to Leavitt Bay, Broad Bay, and many nearby ponds that are well suited to fishing. The lake offers fun to anyone who likes swimming, fishing, or boating out on the water. Guests who brought clubs instead of hooks and lures will enjoy exploring Indian Mound Golf Club, just over six miles from the homes. Local restaurants such as Smoking Guns BBQ & Butcher Shop provide delicious food just under six miles from these homes. Windy Fields Farm produces delicious local, seasonal food (prepared and straight from the farm!) just shy of seven miles from the homes. But when it's cold outside, guests of all experience levels can have fun on the mountain at King Pine Ski Area (just a little over nine miles from the cottage).
