A spacious 2-story home located in a safe and convenient location. There are many nearby shopping centers, restaurants, and more!

This house has 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, one 3/4 bathroom, 2 half bathrooms, a large kitchen, and an office. It can house 10+ people, and there is a dedicated garage parking.

There is also a shared backyard.

For same-day booking only, please text/call host at least 2 hours prior to arrival. Arrival time must be after 3 pm
The space
This house is gorgeous and spacious. It's over 2500 square feet and has 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, one 3/4 bathroom, 2 half bathrooms, a large kitchen, and an office.

Bedroom 1 has a king sized bed with a private bathroom & TV.
Bedroom 2 has a queen sized bed.
Bedroom 3 has two queen sized beds.
An airbed is available upon request.

There is dedicated garage parking for 1 vehicle, and outside parking for another.

There is self check-in and check-out.

There is a backyard that is shared between other occupants of the house.

You may hear some traffic from other occupants. There is one room on the main floor and the basement are blocked off. The unit have their own private entryway, and no shared spaces except for the backyard and parking area.
Guest access
Guests will have private access to 2 floors. That includes 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, one 3/4 bathroom, 2 half bathrooms, a large kitchen, and an office.

One room on the main floor and the basement are blocked off.
Guests will have shared access to the backyard and parking spaces. There will be 2 dedicated parking spots for you.
There is no overnight street parking allowed

There is self check-in and check-out.

The house was nice but there could have been more seating in the family room. There was 8 of us with only a small couch and chair to sit at. All the beds beside the king bed were extremely uncomfortable. Very hard and almost no cushion. The comforters were very thin and not comfortable at all. The pillows were either stiff and hard or very flat. The shower made a high pitched noise the entire time it ran which made it very annoying and not a very relaxing shower. The last night we stayed the carbon monoxide detector started beeping due to low battery and we could not find any batteries to replace it. Overall it was a decent place to meet family we don’t see often coming from Colorado and we came from Idaho.

Nice and clean. Didn’t realize there was someone living in the basement and they were pretty loud. Could have used more cooking equipment, and we did not have control of the temperature. Otherwise pretty good.

The house was ready and the owner was very communicative. The house was clean and as described. The only thing I would change would be pillows. The only pillows in the closets and on the beds were decorative pillows and the extra pillows in the cabinets were small decorative pillows. That’s just me being a little picky.

The check in process was easy. The over all feel was not the home away from home experience we were hoping for, we had been traveling with children and was hoping to do a load of laundry the property clearly shows a wash and dryer, we looked in ever closet and there was none. There was a washer in the garage that had tape on it saying do not use. The owner was at the property at 10:58 ringing the doorbell and waiting in the garage taping her wrist saying she was going to charge us for not being out by 11, (we left the property at 11:50am)while we were packing. She also stated we were not allowed access to the washer and dryer because we only stayed one night. I would not recommend the property to family’s especially some one with small children.

The location was great. It was a quiet neighborhood. There were ants in the bathroom just off the kitchen which was quite disturbing.

Good Property

This house was very clean and it was nice to park our car in the garage. It was listed as 4 bath, but 2 of the bathrooms were only half bath. The house was quite cool at night and the bedding was not adequate. Other than that, all was great.
