Welcome to our beautiful 2-bedroom villa with all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. Your access includes:

1. *Main Entrance*: You'll have exclusive access to the villa through the electric gate, ensuring your privacy and security during your stay.

2. *Living Area*: The spacious living area is perfect for relaxing, with comfortable seating and a TV for your entertainment.

3. *Kitchen*: The fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal, allowing you to prepare meals at your convenience. It includes a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and all the essential cookware and utensils.

4. *Bedrooms*: You'll have access to two cozy bedrooms, each furnished with comfortable beds and fresh linens to ensure a restful night's sleep. We can add a foldable bed to each bedroom so you can sleep 6!

5. *Bathrooms*: Enjoy the convenience of two private bathrooms, stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries.

6. *Private Pool*: Step outside to your private pool area. Take a refreshing dip, soak up the sun on the loungers, or enjoy al fresco dining in the poolside seating area.

Guest access
During your stay at our villa, you will have full access to all the amenities and spaces within the property. This includes:
- The entire villa, including all bedrooms, living areas, and bathrooms.
- The private swimming pool, perfect for relaxing and taking a refreshing dip.
- The fully furnished kitchen, equipped with a fridge, oven, hood, electric hob, and gas hob.
- A washing machine for your laundry needs.
Other things to note
We apply some additional charges to comply with our rental regulations as follows:

• Electricity Usage : Charged at 6 baht a unit. Meter readings will be recorded on arrival and departure dates. Payment shall be settled in cash before check-out. The cost per day will depend on how much you use the air conditioners, if you only use at night the approximate cost will be around 300-350 baht per day, if you use them all day & night the cost will be around 500-600 baht per day

• Security Deposit : A 5,000 Thai baht security deposit will be collected at check in and will be refundable at check out. Any damages to the property during the guest stay, the damaged items shall be repaired or replaced at the Guest’s expense and will be taken from the security deposit.
