There is also a TV room with a 75 inch TV and large sofa for cosy movie nights, which can also be used as fourth bedroom with the double sofa bed. There are large patio doors onto a balcony with views over Les Drus. The modern smart well-equipped kitchen comes with a full-sized oven, dishwasher and coffee machine.

Upstairs, the master suite comes with a super king-sized double bed, walk-in wardrobe and the ensuite has double sinks and a large italian shower. The second bedroom upstairs can be made up as a twin or double and there is a private bathroom. Downstairs, the third bedroom can be made up as a twin or double and there is a separate family bathroom for the third and fourth bedroom (TV / sofa bed). There is free fibre internet, a washing machine and tumble dryer and underground parking. The apartment is ideally located on the second floor, although there is no elevator.
