Meadowridge 8047 has twelve steps in, is multi-level, pet-friendly, and offers

internet access. This unit is rated premier and sleeps ten. On the main level,

you'll find the living room featuring a flat-screen TV/DVD with smart

technology and Netflix (using your personal account). Important: the wood-

burning fireplace is not available for use. The fully functional kitchen has a

breakfast bar with two stools, and the dining room seats six. Also located on

this level is a bedroom with a queen bed, one set of bunk beds, and a full

bath, as well as a second bedroom with a king bed, TV, and a full bath.

Upstairs, you'll find the third bedroom featuring a king bed and a TV, while

the loft area has a futon sleep sofa/double. They share a full bath.



Meadowridge is conveniently located on the mountain in the Villages community.

This unit is ski-in only (weather permitting) and within walking distance to

the trail. Shuttle service is also available. The small viewing deck offers a

grand view of the mountains. Parking is guaranteed for one car per unit,

possibly two cars depending on location. However, there is plenty of overflow

parking available on site within the communities.





All homes include whole house air conditioning, washer/dryer (laundry

detergent not included), iron/ironing board, expanded cable in living room,

dishwasher (detergent provided), bed/bath linens (shampoo not included) and a

fully functional kitchen. Also included are paper towels, trash bags and

toilet tissue.





During the summer months, this unit has access to the tennis/basketball courts

and community pools. In addition, all condo guests are welcome to utilize the

resort's main indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs (reservations required).
