Welcome to Casa Benedetta, a beautifully restored residence where tradition meets modern comfort.
Our main goal was to create a calm, elegant and welcoming space, ideal for families, groups of friends and couples seeking comfort, privacy and authentic Cretan character.
The building dates back to 1920 and was fully renovated in 2024, carefully preserving its traditional architecture while seamlessly blending contemporary design and modern amenities. Its location is a true highlight, offering a peaceful atmosphere away from city noise while remaining close to everything.
With a total indoor area of 180 m², Casa Benedetta can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests, providing 3 bedrooms and three private bathrooms, spacious outdoor areas, and a unique private pool making it a rare find in the city.

Other things to note
Cleaning service: The pool is cleaned every other day.
The residence is thoroughly cleaned before your arrival. During your stay, we will provide extra towels and linens upon request. Housekeeping service can be arranged during your stay, depending on the duration of the stay.
Environmental tax: Please note that, in accordance with the latest government regulations (Law Article 53 of L. 4389/2016), an environmental tax has been introduced for rental properties and hotels. The tax for this apartment is €15 per night, as mandated by the Greek government.

Casa Benedetta - Elegant Residence with Private Pool offers its guests an outdoor pool, barbecue grills, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
