Outdoor Space & Pool
Relax by the private pool, equipped with sun loungers, a BBQ area, and a dining space. Enjoy the views of olive groves, the city of Chania, and the sea – a perfect spot for meals or just unwinding in nature.

Living Space & Kitchen
The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area offers plenty of space and natural light. Large windows and patio doors open to a balcony with beautiful views. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, and more.

The villa has 120 m² of indoor space and 120 m² of balconies, all recently renovated in 2021 for comfort and style.

– Master Bedroom: King-size bed, ensuite bathroom with shower
– Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed, closet, balcony access
– Bedroom 3: Queen-size bed (can split into 2 singles), balcony access
