At this time, we are primarily interested in guests booking 30+ days - our nightly rate is significantly lower than others to reflect this. This is perfect for those new to the area waiting to find more permanent housing, traveling workers (e.g. nurses, professors), remote workers, and even locals needing a place to call home while their home undergoes a remodel.
