Nous avons globalement passé un séjour agréable. L’appartement est spacieux, mais un peu vide, on a l’impression qu’il est encore en “lancement”. En revanche, aucun contact avec le ou les propriétaires : l’impression de discuter avec une IA ou des messages automatiques.Nous avons signalé un problème de “BIP” (une alarme qui sonnait toutes les 45 secondes dans une pièce fermée), mais nous n’avons eu aucun retour et avons dû dormir avec…L’isolation de la chambre est catastrophique : on entend absolument tout, que ce soit les voisins, les chiens qui aboient ou même le voisin qui ronfle.Dommage, car la rue est très calme et un peu excentrée de Charleroi, qui, il faut le dire, n’est pas la meilleure ville à visiter.
