Welcome to Belle Haven on Rosemont Street. This newly renovated historic duplex is nestled into downtown Charleston.

Each unit in this beautiful duplex has been tastefully designed and is a the perfect spot to call home while in Charleston. Each unit features two bedrooms, spacious full bathroom, living areas, dining area, full kitchen, and porches for sitting. The bedrooms have comfortable mattress and windows that allow natural light, or shades if you want to sleep in.

The fully equipped kitchens has everything you need to cook up a feast, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and utensils. There`s also plenty of counter and cabinet space for all your cooking needs.

Day passes and cabanas have associated fees.

Two weeks before your reservation date, all guests will be provided with a one-pager that includes booking information to reserve access to The Wonderer.

Hurricane/Weather Policy:
In the event of a mandatory evacuation order issued by the Mayor of Charleston County, guests must contact us within 24 hours to receive a full refund. This policy applies only to official mandatory evacuation orders.

To maintain the quality and condition of our properties for all guests, we enforce the following rules:
No Parties: Hosting parties or large gatherings is strictly prohibited.
No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the property or in areas where smoke may linger, such as porches or balconies.
Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage to walls or property caused by hanging decorations or other actions.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all.
Firearms Prohibited: Firearms are not allowed on the property. Any firearm found will be considered abandoned and handled accordingly.

Location Disclosure:
Charleston is a vibrant, growing city, and guests may experience typical urban sounds, including traffic, nearby restaurants, bars, or general street noise. Construction noise may also occur in the area. While we strive to inform guests of potential disruptions, we may not always have advance notice of such activities.
