Terrible because I didn’t get a chance to stay on the property. I mistakenly selected the wrong date and when I received the email the same day within an hour of booking, I realized the date selection was wrong. I selected 11/28/2025 and it should have been the next day which is 11-29-2025. Embassy Suites nor Hotels.com were willing to accommodate my change of date. I didn’t want a refund, I only wanted to correct the date to the next day. I was traveling from out of town for a funeral and now I have no where to stay because my credit card was already $162 for a one night stay which was the day I booked it. I’m extremely disappointed and upset because it was an innocent error. Now I would like to either have a refund or a voucher for a night stay when I return to Charleston.

We enjoyed our stay. This is our second time booking this hotel. The 2 bedroom queen suite rooms have adequate space for a family of 5 or 6. We love the full buffet breakfast with an omelette station and an evening reception with 2 free drinks and snacks. Highly recommended. Will book again.

The room and breakfast were good. My only and BIGGEST issue is that my family went to the pool. Upon leaving we noticed there were no towels. Went to the front desk . They said " we will be right in with some" . 35 minutes of waiting later still no towels. We back to the desk. Long story short...We missed a non refundable prepaid $140 event due to NO TOWELS. We frequently stay at Embassy, but frankly i am pissed and disappointed and so were my kids. I guess we should have just left the pool soaking wet, slipped and fell. i guess they would have cared then

Can't read rate the hotel, as I didn't get the chance to stay there. Arrived at 2pm to see if a room was available for check-in as we had an event. No clean rooms I get it we are early, no big deal. The lady at the desk assures me she has a room for me on the 7th floor after 4pm. Great. I tell her we will be returning late as the event ends after midnight- will someone still be at the desk- I am told yes mam no problem, i noted your late arrival. Arrive to the hotel.at 1am exhausted. Just want to check in and sleep. A new clerk at the desk asks what I need. I tell her to check in. Do I have a reservation? Yes- told her I had been there at 2pm. Zion had checked me in, put me on the 7th floor and noted my late arrival. She gives me a look, says the other clerk is new and they have no rooms avaliable. They are sold out. I ask how thats possible, and I am told again the other clerk is new. Mind you no.apology or anything. Tells me to contact Expedia for a refund and she won't fight it- like she is doing me a favor. Worst customer service ever at a hotel. Ended up driving 2.5 hours home at 2am exhausted.

This was a great choice for our stay this past weekend. Love the customer service provided during breakfast and from the bar staff! Great overall place to stay
