Was under the impression that room had balcony with a view and then when we get in the room you cannot open the balcony door to go on it. Hotel needs a lot of updates in my opinion for what I paid to stay and I could have went to a newer hotel for same price.

Great location for access to downtown Charleston and the College of Charleston. Unique round hotel with plenty of parking and great views. Restaurant on the top floor has amazing views!

The view from our room was gorgeous. The staff were very friendly and courteous. Our room however was kind of smaller than we expected or what the pictures on the website portrayed. Very convenient location for us and our itinerary we had planned out for the week.

One of the worst Holiday Inns

Hole in ceiling; door to room would not open without kicking it; sink backed up so much that we had to brush our teeth elsewhere; everywhere smelled musky; and Keurig in room had built up calcium all over it.
