Checked in, the first room, the toilet was broken. The second room had bedbugs, literally crawling on the bedspread. The gentleman at the desk was very nice and very helpful but canceled the reservation to go to another hotel.

This was a last minute stop for us and it was great! The room was clean, the bed was comfy, the shower was hot. Breakfast had a good variety of options. It was right off the interstate. The only con was that it was noisy because of the convenient location. But we travel with a sound machine so it wasn’t a huge deal. Clean, comfy, and convenient.

Very friendly.

I was a single but our group was there to attend a funeral. The staff was very accommodating for family to come back and socialize. Everyone was friendly even the maids. Breakfast was hot and had plenty.

We booked this hotel because it was one of the few in the area that had a room that would accommodate 6 people (my wife and I and 4 small kids). The room felt very unfinished and neglected. There was a picture missing from the wall, a hole in the door, and cobwebs on the lamp. It did not feel like we were in a hotel but like we were in a room that was built inside a warehouse. Even the lights flickered after they had been on for around 30 seconds. Even though I booked ahead on Expedia the check-in process was extremely slow and it was not a busy time (we arrived around 12:30am). The breakfast was decent and that area was clean and modern.

Boarded up restaurants in the area. Texas Roadhouse and another steak house just up the road were boarded up. Some of the rooms in the back of the hotel over look the underside of a freeway overpass with graffiti that looked like it was frequented by homeless or druggies. I never felt unsafe though. The pool was closed and the pancake maker was broken. Both of which were advertised but unavailable and this angered another family staying there. We didn't care, though. I left behind in our room a sound machine that nobody seemed to be able to find even though nobody stayed in the room after us. Staff were very friendly but all the little things add up and I wouldn't go back.

Front desk was nice! We were locked in our room for 20 minutes when we walked in because the door handle was broken. Bath tub was moldy. Pool was closed. Breakfast was cold.
