This was a one time impromptu getaway. The restaurant crossed the street recommended the hotel. Wow it was so nice clean and friendly staff. We ending up staying an additional night. The only recommendation I would have is to much light comes into the room from the hallway lights. Possibly darling curtains or dimmers for nighttime.

Unbeatable location, rooms need work

Great location, though the room needs work. Ours had some stains, the shower flooded and wouldn’t drain as soon as you turned it on. But if you can put that aside for the location, then it is a good place to stay

This is my third time staying here and my last. Every time we stay it gets worse. We used a flashlight in the bathroom because the fan was so loud. Room just always felt damp. The music was so loud next door at the VFW we had to ask to be moved to the other side of the building. Just old and kinda run down. Beds were clean.

We have a good time it was ok thought that I have ocean front room but beach was maybe 20 feet’s walking distance.everything is close by. If you wasn’t to relax that is great place quite honestly not a party town but beautiful .

Great stay. Loved the continental breakfast. Safe right on the beach. Picnic tables facing beach for guests to eat watch sunrise and sunset from any guest room. Relaxed atmosphere. Safe for teens to independently go to beach.

Not worth the $$, office lady was great!

Positive-hotel office staff was great. Room was below quality for the $. Stained, torn, old shower curtain. Damaged iron board, top had holes and scorched. No counter space in bathroom. Rooms need upgrading, especially bathrooms. The TV was fuzzy & could not be watched. No one ever showed from maintenance. I was hoping to watch TV once the noise quieted down from the bands playing next door. No luck.

April

This is a party area... So, I was expecting to relax and unwind while enjoying my visit but as soon as Thursday night came, there was a concert that I did not know about and then they had another one the next day. Would've been nice had the property advised guests during the time of their visits about concerts. I would never go back nor would I recommend. The beach was the best part of the stay.

Very mediocre

One clerk in the front during check in and out times. Beds were both completely wet when we checked in and stayed that way until the cleaning crew came the next day. The property is so loud because of the close proximity to the windjammer. Loud bands all day and all night.
