Overall the house was nice, and had everything we needed for our stay. The lights behind the house where you need to park could stay on longer. All in all we would stay there again.

The house was not cleaned very well at all. The kitchen was not stocked with very much to make meals. Storage bowls or utensils. The driveway and parking is awkward and space is limited.

Very cute house small but comfortable very nicely decorated. Quite close to restaurants we stayed here to attend the NASCAR races.we were about 30 minutes to the track. I will definitely stay here againThe only things that could be better would be a dehumidifier the house is old and you could feel the dampness in the closets. Also the washing machine only uses hot water so beware of labels in your clothes.

We didn't end of staying. Friday morning we got word that Dad was in bad shape and Hospice had arrived. We went to him straight away and gave him as much comfort as we could. I finally contacted the host on Sunday and made them aware that we didn't stay and that there was no need to pay someone to clean the place. I didn't ask for a refund knowing it was beyond the cancelation period. However, the host refunded me the cleaning fee which was gracious of them.Thank you

The town of Kannapolis is adorable, very walkable from the rental. We were there to visit family, the rental met every need we had. We felt very safe in the area and in the rental. The front porch is wonderful.

Very cute house that was the right size for us. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the house and the lack of adequate AC. There was a dirty mug and spoon in the sink when we arrived as well and dust, spiderwebs, and a few dead bugs throughout. The AC never got more than 2-3 cooler than the outside temperature and we were here during August and it was very hot. I would likely not stay here again, although the town and location are wonderful.

We liked this location a lot! The house is very old and none of the doors close properly due to how old it is but it was still good for our needs! So much is in walking distance and we loved that aspect! Overall, nice experience!

Nice overall stay

Home is older in an established neighborhood. Home is comfortable. Wi-Fi dropped frequently while we were there. Location is walkable to downtown restaurants and shops. Very near the walking trail. Area was quiet and felt safe. Would stay again.
